for building up the body of Christ,
until we all attain to the unity of the faith
and of the knowledge of the Son of God,
to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature
of the fullness of Christ, so that we may no longer be children,
tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about
by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning,
by craftiness in deceitful schemes.
Ephesians 4:12-14
The Equipping Ministry (EQP) devises intentional strategies and plans programs to provide venues for church members and attendees to be equipped and trained to do the work of the ministry, and to train them for deployment to the
ministry and church leadership positions.

To worship God is the very core of a Christian’s response to God – the very heart of his existence. Worship is simply to recognize the worth, value, majesty, honor, and glory of God. The chief duty of every believer is to see the worth of God and
to give Him the honor and glory that is due His name. There is nothing more important in a person’s life than to be oriented toward worshipping God.

As we equip GCFSM disciples for life and ministry, we also prepare our people for ministerial and pastoral leadership. This is where we can encourage our younger adults and those with the sense of call from the Lord to be part of our PASTORAL MENTORING
PROGRAM, a special arm of the LEAD PROGRAM. The LEAD PASTORAL MENTORING PROGRAM is a long-term investment of the church to grow the future pastors and leaders for the church and beyond. It ensures continuity in the pastoral leadership of the church
which is a vital element in the church health and growth. The program is not a substitute for seminary training, hence, it is a training/preparation ground for our members as they consider the call for church leadership/pastoral offices.
